REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Submit one copy of the registration form to the
Administration Office, Maryhill School of Theology, 62, 14th Street, New
Manila, Quezon City (email add)
mstregistrar.maryhill@gmail.com.
Indicate whether you are paying directly to the MST Cashier or through the
bank. Deadline for bank payments is May 16, 2008.

Submit a completed form for assessment and settlement
of accounts. Otherwise, deposit at BPI Family Bank, E. Rodriguez – Broadway
branch.

Present the copy of the Official Receipt on the first
day of the lectures.
Show official receipt/deposit slip to and/or claim conference kit from the
specified booth on the first day of the lecture. Register your official name
for the issuance of certificate.
A certificate of attendance is given to participants who participated in at
least 80% of the sessions. The fee for the entire series, inclusive of
handouts, snacks and certificate is PhP 1,200.00. Bring packed lunch or you
may buy from school cafeteria/nearby fastfood restaurant. Participants who
register and pay in full on or before April 30, 2008 will only pay PhP
1,000.00. A group of at least five gets a discounted rate of P 1,000.00 per
participant.
